以前偶爾會在家做蛋糕
但是做一次蛋糕就要買好多食材
像是鮮奶油、吉力丁、乳絡、裝飾品、巧克力粉等
若常做就還好
但是久久做一次那沒用的食材就會浪費
因為放太久會不新鮮
這時覺的去烘焙坊做就超適合啦

最近草莓季
想吃草莓蛋糕
就跟閨密相約去桃園夜市附近的
自己做烘焙聚樂部
做完再逛個夜市吃晚餐
一切行程很完美

這次選了當季水果
雙莓之戀生乳酪 (6吋)
很夢幻的名字

其中雙莓是藍莓及草莓
來看看這個鏡面蛋糕的三層內餡
第一層:藍莓生乳酪
第二層:原味生乳酪
第三層:草莓生乳酪
滿滿的三層乳酪
吃起來甜而不膩超剛好
完全是喜歡重乳酪的朋友必選呀 (就是我)

但是找不到東西或是覺的好像做錯

DIY時
從一開始量各個食材的容量

其中像藍莓果醬、檸檬、鮮奶油等液體
若超出了
就來不及補救
(要很小心,因為倒掉可惜XD)

接著手指餅乾當基底
要壓很緊才會有口感

內層的生乳酪 再來打發

《保存方式》
回家後請冷藏至少3小時,待內餡完全凝固再食用,冷藏保存
(建議可先放入保鮮盒或保鮮膜包覆)
並於3天內食用完 口感較佳
